The crew on our Pinisi are exceptional. They’re friendly, low-key, professional, and, most importantly, very good at what they do. All seven crew members travel with us on every sailing, working together as one close-knit team. Each person knows their role, but they’re also skilled enough to step in and help wherever needed. Watching them work together so naturally and efficiently is nothing short of impressive.

They know these waters intimately — from the hidden bays and quiet beaches to the best places to swim, explore, and simply relax. But what makes the experience even more special is the connection you build along the way. By the end of the journey, the crew won’t feel like strangers working on the boat. Spend the day exploring Bali, head out for a local adventure, enjoy a long lunch, relax by the pool, or simply stay at the villa and enjoy the company of the group.

Like our sailing trips, our Bali experiences are intentionally small and personal. We want everyone to have the opportunity to get to know one another, share experiences, and feel comfortable being themselves. There’s no rushed schedule and no pressure to constantly be on the go. Some of the best moments happen when everyone is simply sitting together, talking, laughing, eating, and enjoying the afternoon.
